Die großen Namen waren alle zum Circuit de Catalunya gereist. Ferraris Präsident Luca di Montezemolo, Daimler-Chef Dr. Dieter Zetsche und Red Bull-Gründer Dietrich Mateschitz kamen alle dieses Wochenende, um ihre Teams zu unterstützen. Aber nur einer von ihnen war auch auf dem Heimweg noch glücklich – der Mann, der aus Maranello in Italien eingeflogen war.
